Terms & Conditions – ahliqq Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

To register an account and use the Services provided by ahliqq, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any ahliqq service.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohi bited by law, or where ahliqq has determined that access is restricted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of ahliqq or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You must not have previously had an account terminated by ahliqq for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must access the platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

To access the Services, you must create a single Account on ahliqq. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and potentially all balances being forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ahliqq will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain password security.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify ahliqq immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a breach of your account credentials.
• No account transfers: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any credits therein to another person.
• Contact detail updates: You are responsible for keeping your contact information, including your email address and phone number, current and accurate. ahliqq is not responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact details.

ahliqq operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and licensing requirements. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National ID card / KTP, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking profile, or your OVO / DANA / GoPay account profile)
• Source of funds documentation in cases where deposits or withdrawals exceed designated thresholds

ahliqq reserves the right to suspend or close an account where a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe. Any funds held in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with our compliance obligations and applicable law.

All financial transactions on ahliqq are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks and e-wallets, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum single deposit limits are displayed at the deposit screen and vary by payment method.
• Deposits via local Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmed transfer receipt.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• ahliqq does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which ahliqq bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method and are displayed at the withdrawal screen.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ahliqq account, as confirmed through KYC verification.
• ahliqq targets withdrawal processing within five minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional security review is required.
• ahliqq does not charge withdrawal fees. Players should confirm whether their bank or e-wallet provider applies receiving fees.
• Withdrawals requested from a Bonus Balance prior to completion of applicable Wagering Requirements will not be processed. The Bonus Balance and any associated winnings may be forfeited in such cases.

ahliqq offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, seasonal promotions (including promotions tied to Idul Fitri, Ramadan, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, Chinese New Year / Imlek, and Nyepi), and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and free spins expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account without notice.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Abuse prevention: ahliqq reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk bet hedging, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures. A determination of bonus abuse is made at ahliqq's sole discretion.
• Eligibility: ahliqq reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, account tiers, or geographic areas without prior notice.

ahliqq offers a broad range of gaming and betting products, including slot games from providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft; live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming; crash games including Spribe's Aviator; number-draw games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery); and a sportsbook covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, badminton, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and E-sports markets. The following general rules apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live events broadcast in real time from licensed studios. ahliqq does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sportsbook bets, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) and Asian handicap (bandar bola) markets, are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, ahliqq's settlement decision is final.
• Bets placed in error (incorrect amount or market) cannot be reversed once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details before confirmation.
• Where a technical error or system malfunction affects the outcome of a game or bet, ahliqq reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and return stakes to the Player's account.
• Maximum win limits per single game round or bet are displayed within the relevant game or market. Winnings that exceed the published limit will be capped at that limit.
• ahliqq reserves the right to suspend any game or market at any time for maintenance, regulatory, or risk-management purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ahliqq. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or personal details
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games or sportsbook betting
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in games or promotions and failing to report them to ahliqq support immediately
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ahliqq staff or other Players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ahliqq platform or its underlying software
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently

All content on the ahliqq platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game assets, and promotional materials — is the property of ahliqq or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ahliqq content without express prior written consent from ahliqq. Game titles, studio branding (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft), and league trademarks (BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League) remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ahliqq's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ahliqq shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party provider outages, or events beyond ahliqq's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks)
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
• Decisions made by a Player under the influence of alcohol, medication, or other substances that impair judgment
• Any tax liabilities arising from winnings, which remain the sole responsibility of the Player in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. The following terms apply:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all pending wagering requirements and KYC obligations have been satisfied.
• ahliqq-initiated suspension or closure: ahliqq may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct detrimental to the platform or its players.
• Effect of closure: Upon account closure, your licence to use the platform immediately terminates. Any Bonus Balance, bonus-derived winnings, or pending bonuses not yet converted to Real Money Balance are forfeited upon closure.
• Self-exclusion: If you close your account through our Responsible Gaming self-exclusion tool, re-registration will be blocked for the duration of the self-exclusion period. For more information, please review our Responsible Gaming policy.

ahliqq collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include: collection of registration and identity data for KYC purposes; transaction data for financial compliance; gameplay data for platform improvement and responsible gaming monitoring; and communication data to deliver customer support. We employ 256-bit SSL encryption and segregated data storage to protect your information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure.
• Cool-off period: Take a short break from the platform of between 24 hours and 30 days without permanently closing your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ahliqq holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or the Services shall first be submitted to ahliqq's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a formal dispute, you must submit a written description of the issue to [email protected]. ahliqq will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures established by our operating licence.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.

ahliqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Players via email to the address registered on their account and will display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
